Residential Aesthetics Inspection

On an annual basis, starting in May, an inspector from the City checks every home for exterior property maintenance violations.  The inspector has a checklist of items that need to be verified for compliance with the Building and Property Maintenance Codes.  If corrections are required, the property owner is left with a list of items to fix and required to bring the property into compliance prior to re-inspection.
