Economic Development
The Economic Development Division assists potential businesses with site selection services, provides information to the business community on commercial vacancies, demographics, community profiles, and property statistics. We strive to create a business-friendly environment so that existing businesses will choose to remain and new businesses will locate in Oakbrook Terrace, thereby creating a variety of goods and services for residents and businesses and ensuring the City maintains a balanced tax base that creates sufficient revenue to provide for City services.
