Contractor Registration
All contractors must be registered with the City of Oakbrook Terrace. Registration is per calendar year May 1 through April 30th.
To simplify the process, all contractor registration applications must be submitted online through our Online Permitting Portal. This system provides a seamless, user-friendly experience, allowing contractors to manage their registration efficiently.
Through the portal, you can:

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Before starting your application, ensure you have all required documents ready for upload. Incomplete applications cannot be submitted. Refer to the Supporting Documents section below for a checklist of required documents by trade and a sample Certificate of Insurance.
CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION FEE
- May 1st – April 30th: $100.00
- Prorated (November 1st – April 30th): $50.00
