Accident Reports
Copies of Accident Reports are available either by FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request. The cost of the report is $5.00 and may be paid by check or cash (never send cash through the mail!). To request a copy, please provide the date of the accident and the Police Report Number. Copies are also available by contacting Lexis Nexis at buycrash.lexisnexisrisk.com.
