Online Payments
Online payment portal accepts payments for elevator inspections, contractor registrations, water bills, business licenses, and parking tickets.
Convenience Fee assessed 2.30% minimum of $1.00. There is a 0.50 cent flat fee for e-checks.
Online payments for building permits are no longer being processed as a one-time payment directly through the E-Pay website. If you would like to submit an online payment, please email permits@oakbrookterrace.net or call 630-941-8300 ext 209 and indicate which project you would like to remit payment and we will send a link to allow you to pay online through the portal.
Phone Payments
The City is implementing a new “phone” payment system for water bills and permits. Customers who would like to pay Water Bills and Permits can call 630.478.0444. Follow the prompts in the recorded message to enter the information for your payment.
The City still accepts credit card payments in person at City Hall. You may also mail in or drop off a check at City Hall. If you attempt to make an online payment for a building permit fee by choosing a different payment category, your payment will be refunded.
