Water Bill/Permits Phone Payments - NEW

The City is implementing a new “phone” payment system for water bills and permits. 

Customers who would like to pay Water Bills and Permits can call 630.478.0444. Follow the prompts in the recorded message to enter the information for your payment.  You will be prompted to enter the following; please have this information ready:

 Press 1 for Water Billing or 2 for Permits

• Address
• Account Number
  • Water Billing must have the leading zeros and will have to be 6 digits
  • Permits will be their Permit #
• Payment Amount
• Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV
• Billing Zip Code
• Telephone Number
