Butterfield Road Corridor Plan Survey

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is working on an effort to develop a Butterfield Road Corridor Plan that will focus on:

  • Enhancing the corridor’s Pace bus service and making it easier to walk to bus stops.
  • Improving roadway safety for cars, buses, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
  • Enhancing multi-modal connections between the corridor and nearby parks and open space.
  • Exploring future housing and commercial development opportunities.

To ensure the plan reflects the community’s wishes, they need to hear from you! There is a short survey that asks a series of open-ended questions around issues of transportation, economic development, housing, and parks and open space. Take the survey here. Learn more about the study here.
